On a vibrant morning at India International Centre, New Delhi, the air buzzed not just with the energy of youth, but with hope for a greener planet. On July 31, 2023, Let’s Do It India Foundation (LDII), in collaboration with Delhi University Students Union (DUSU), hosted the Young Environment Ambassador Award Ceremony 2023 — a celebration of passion, purpose, and youth-led action for the Earth.
From 9 AM to 5 PM, the auditorium turned into a stage of inspiration. Dozens of young changemakers — school students, university leaders, and grassroots volunteers — stepped forward to receive honors for their exceptional contributions to environmental awareness, clean-up campaigns, and climate advocacy.
What made this event unique was not just the awards, but the stories behind each awardee — stories of courage, creativity, and commitment to safeguarding nature. Speeches, panel talks, and student performances added warmth and meaning to the occasion.
